On November 28, Brussels hosted the GovTech Connect Assembly, the final event of the European accelerator GovTech Connect. As part of Pitch Day, 13 Central and Eastern European startups presented their innovative solutions for smart cities. Kitsoft presented our low-code platform for the digitalization of municipal and public services — Liquio.

GovTech Connect is funded by the European Commission to promote the digitalization of the public sector and aims to support the implementation of digital solutions in European public authorities and the creation of a GovTech ecosystem.
The GovTech Connect Assembly brought together government officials, innovators, and investors to discuss Smart City challenges and find modern technological solutions to address them.

Thanks to its flexible and scalable architecture, Liquio allows to:
-
digitize paper-based processes;
-
integrate various IT systems;
-
easily modernize existing online services and launch new ones.
The average time to launch a service is only 1.5 months, and AI tools help low-code developers automate routine tasks and speed up development time. For example, the AI chatbot simplifies information search, the Copilot mode simplifies configuration, and the AI log analyzer optimizes processes based on user behavior.
Liquio is already being used to digitize public services in Ukraine, including the Diia Unified Public Services Portal, which has become a benchmark for e-government in the world. More than 120 transparent public services are available to 21 million users on the portal, and processes that used to take days or weeks are now completed in minutes. This has allowed Ukraine to enter the top 5 countries in terms of digital public services development.
We thank the organizers of the GovTech Connect Assembly for the opportunity to share our experience and present Liquio in the international arena. It was a great platform for exchanging ideas, establishing new partnerships, and discussing the future of digitalization of government and city services.
