Barcelona hosted the Smart City Expo (SCEWC) from November 5 to 7, a global exhibition and congress dedicated to the development of modern urban space and innovation. Kitsoft also presented its solution for digitalizing municipal and public services at the Smart City Expo.
Each year, the event brings together scientists, industry leaders, and government officials from around the world to discuss the challenges of modern cities and explore their sustainability through urban innovation. This year's theme, Live Better, brought together more than 1,100 exhibitors, 600 speakers from 850 cities and about 26,000 visitors.

Our company was represented at the event by CEO Oleksandr Iefremov, COO Mariia Muzyka, and Anastasia Khrystych from Amedia, Kitsoft's technical mobile partner. As participants in the fourth stream of the GovTech Connect Boot Camp, we joined the discussion of the future of sustainable cities and presented Kitsoft's vision for effective digital transformation focused on the needs of citizens.
On November 5, the event featured a presentation of our AI-enabled low-code platform for the digitalization of municipal and public services, Liquio. This is a solution for the rapid launch of online services, where any state or city can create services for its citizens. Liquio has become the basis for the continuous launch of new services on the Diia portal and many other government services.
Thanks to the low-code approach, the need for traditional developers is minimal, and the average time to launch a service is only 1.5 months. This allows us to direct resources to business analysis and design of citizen-friendly services. The platform easily integrates with existing government systems and registries, which simplifies the modernization of existing services.
Kitsoft's participation in the Smart City Expo (SCEWC) in Barcelona was an important platform for demonstrating Liquio's potential. Our low-code platform responds to the growing demand for flexible and scalable digital services in urban and government environments.
We thank our colleagues from GovTech Connect and the organizers of Smart City Expo for the opportunity to present our vision of the future of cities. We look forward to new prospects for cooperation and development!
