Entering the EU Market: Opening an Office in Brussels and Launching the BelDoc Startup

The Ukrainian GovTech company Kitsoft has officially opened its office in Brussels, expanding its presence in the European market. In partnership with the Belgian incubator Seven Seeds, the company introduced BelDoc — an innovative online service for fast business registration in Belgium. This project provides EU citizens with access to cutting-edge Ukrainian digitalization solutions.

Ukrainian GovTech Expertise Goes Global

Kitsoft specializes in developing technological solutions for the public sector and is the creator of the Liquio platform, which enables the rapid launch of government and municipal services. The company's developments have formed the foundation for projects such as the Diia portal, eMalyatko, e-Entrepreneur, e-Resident, and other digital initiatives in Ukraine.

Ukraine's digital transformation experience has already attracted the attention of many governments worldwide, and the opening of Kitsoft's Brussels office will help implement proven solutions in EU countries.

BelDoc—A Bridge Between Entrepreneurs and the Government

During the opening of the Brussels office, the company presented BelDoc — an application for easy business registration and management in Belgium. Ukrainian entrepreneurs are already familiar with a similar system, e-Entrepreneur, which simplifies business registration in Ukraine. The European market, particularly Belgium, has yet to reach this level of digitalization, and BelDoc aims to become a bridge between entrepreneurs and government agencies.

With this application, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and companies in Belgium will be able to quickly register their businesses, automate communication with government institutions, financial organizations, and partners within a single platform.

Collaboration with European Businesses and Finding Early Users

The presentation was attended by representatives of the European Commission, Belgian local businesses, and operators from France and Germany. Discussions covered the possibilities of integrating BelDoc into the European business landscape and the next steps for service development.

We are looking for early adopters among Belgian companies who will help us test BelDoc and identify the most pressing needs of entrepreneurs. We plan to continue hosting such networking events, as they are a key element of our strategy for developing partnerships.

— said Oleksandr Iefremov, CEO of Kitsoft.

Beldoc is currently at the pre-launch stage. Preliminary cooperation agreements have been established with companies in the recruitment and notary services sectors. Helen Uvarenko, a specialist in launching acceleration and qualification digital programs, has been appointed Deputy CEO of the company.

Beldoc's market research in the Benelux region shows a high demand for the product among non-profit organizations and creative industries. By combining AI, automation, and a deep understanding of local regulations, we help a new generation of entrepreneurs save time, reduce costs, and launch confidently in Belgium.

— explains Helen Uvarenko, Deputy CEO of Beldoc.

By entering the EU market, Kitsoft takes another step toward the global expansion of Ukrainian GovTech solutions, capable of transforming how businesses interact with the state.
