The Pan African Postal Union is responsible for the development of postal services on the African continent. PAPU is made up of 43 countries and is headquartered in Tanzania.
Postal services play a key role in African countries, especially in remote and rural areas where access to other types of communication is limited. Thanks to modern digital solutions, the postal service can become an important channel for the delivery of public services and significantly improve citizens' access to necessary resources and information.
The Memorandum opens up opportunities for cooperation and the introduction of modern technologies in the field of public services for African countries. The development of digital solutions for postal operators will become the basis for further digital transformation of other services and expand their accessibility to citizens, especially in remote regions.

One of the key tools will be the Liquio low-code platform developed by Kitsoft. The technology allows you to quickly design and launch online services of any complexity. Due to the flexibility and scalability of the platform, it is possible to implement digital solutions even with limited resources and without the need for deep technical knowledge.
We believe that, just like in Ukraine, Liquio can be an important step in the digitalization of public services and improve the quality of life for millions of people in Africa.
