Employees of Kitsoft are required to be well-informed and adhere to all relevant standards and procedures during product development, manufacturing, and marketing to meet all safety requirements. They must promptly report any safety-related concerns.

The management of Kitsoft is responsible for addressing these concerns and guaranteeing that our products fulfill all safety requirements. This principle is universally applicable to all employees, as well as suppliers and any agents representing Kitsoft.

Kitsoft designs its products to attain a high level of safety, congruent with their application, always ensuring compliance with or exceeding relevant regulatory and industry standards. Our processes are structured to evaluate potential risks and implement controls to achieve required safety levels and minimize safety risks as far as reasonably practicable. • Adhere to all relevant product safety requirements, customer specifications, and policies, standards, and procedures;
• Remain vigilant and report any product safety concerns, including those raised by employees, customers, product end-users, and others;
• Employ the New Product Development Process to incorporate product safety in the design, manufacture, marketing, and sale of our products, considering both intended uses and potential misuses;
• Apply the same level of scrutiny to outsourced products for safety, regulatory compliance, and potential liability as products manufactured by our company;
• Engage in training and educational programs focused on product safety;
• Ensure the validity of product claims, including marketing, sales, and technical information provided to customers;
• Choose and maintain suppliers, contractors, or outsourced manufacturers and service providers that adhere to all applicable product safety processes and meet the expectations of Kitsoft.
