The Low-code platform Liquio, developed by Kitsoft, has officially passed the state examination and received a compliance certificate from the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP) with a G2 assurance level. This confirms that the system meets state standards for technical information protection and can be used to work with resources that have heightened security requirements.
Liquio combines artificial intelligence and a low-code approach, enabling the creation of digital public services in just 4–6 weeks, easy scaling of solutions, and the ability to handle extremely high loads. Thanks to this, Liquio has gained international recognition — the platform has been included in the GovStack catalog as a recommended GovTech solution for governments on the international market.
Liquio has become the technological foundation of the Diia portal and dozens of state online services, including eMalyatko, e-Entrepreneur, uResidency, and the e-Veteran platform. It also powers Ecosystem, the platform for online environmental protection services, and other high-load government IT systems.
The obtained SSSCIP certificate confirms that Liquio’s security system meets state requirements and is capable of effectively countering modern cyber threats.
“Public services must first and foremost be secure. Liquio has already withstood numerous cyberattacks, and the SSSCIP certification once again confirms that our solutions meet the highest protection standards,”
— notes Yaroslav Bezzubets, Head of the Cybersecurity Team at Kitsoft.
How Kitsoft strengthens the cybersecurity of public services
Kitsoft continues to enhance its cybersecurity division and is creating its own Security Operations Center (SOC) — a security center that will operate around the clock to monitor threats and respond quickly to incidents. The SOC will be a specialized solution for protecting government institutions and critical infrastructure. It will provide monitoring, analysis, and rapid response to cyber incidents, helping protect more than 50 government and municipal clients already working with Kitsoft, as well as new clients in Ukraine and abroad.
This is another step toward strengthening the cyber resilience of critical digital products such as Diia, Kyiv Digital, and others.
The company is also in the process of implementing the international ISO/IEC 27001 standard, which defines a systematic approach to information security management.
“At Kitsoft, we constantly improve cybersecurity — our own and that of our partners. The SOC will be a center that tracks and neutralizes threats 24/7. This area already has international recognition. Next year, we plan to offer this service to clients as part of Liquio support — in Ukraine and abroad,”
— adds Oleksandr Iefremov, CEO of Kitsoft.
Recently, Kitsoft received the Seal of Excellence from the Seeds of Bravery accelerator — an award from the European Commission for companies with innovative high-tech projects.
This once again confirms that Ukrainian solutions can be secure, modern, and competitive in the global GovTech market.
