Human rights policy

"Computer Information Technologies", LLC (brand name "Kitsoft") has many years of experience in creating innovative technological products designed to contribute to the digital development of our country. We digitise services for millions of users at the state level, so we always take a responsible approach to the development of our products.

We strive to harmoniously combine the company's internal development strategy with the principles of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.

We believe that people are the most valuable resource of society and our company. That is why one of our fundamental principles is to respect internationally accepted human rights and freedoms.

To achieve these goals, with this Policy, Kitsoft declares the following:

Our business practices are guided by a deep respect for human rights and dignity, encompassing not only our employees but also those in  the communities we serve. Upholding human rights is integral to our commitment to sustainable operations.

Our adherence to internationally recognized human rights is aligned with the principles set forth in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. This policy draws upon the International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In instances of conflict between national laws and human rights standards, we comply with the former while striving to uphold the latter.

This policy is applicable to Kitsoft and its subsidiary companies. We encourage associated and joint venture companies, as well as our business partners, to adopt similar practices. The implementation of this policy rests with the management of each business unit.

Diversity and Inclusion

Our goal is to foster a work environment that is inclusive and supportive for all employees, irrespective of their age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship status, family situation, disability, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religious or political beliefs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment based on these factors, believing in a workplace where everyone can feel comfortable and achieve their fullest potential.

Employment decisions are merit-based, considering qualifications, skills, and accomplishments, and we are committed to eliminating all forms of discriminatory bias.

Suppliers and Contractors

We aim to incorporate provisions in our contracts with suppliers and other contractors that encourage adherence to this policy's principles.

We expect third parties representing us to follow the principles outlined in this policy.

Labour Practices

Child labour is strictly prohibited in our operations and supply chains. All employees are above the legal employment age in their respective countries. Internships and work experience opportunities for minors are only offered where legally permissible and safe.

We do not tolerate forced labour, including prison, indentured, bonded, military, or slave labour, nor do we engage in human trafficking. Physical punishment, threats of violence, or any form of physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal abuse as a means of discipline or control in the workplace is unacceptable.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our workforce are paramount to our long-term success. We strive to operate in a way that protects the well-being of our employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, visitors, and local communities. We are committed to continuously improving our health and safety management systems towards achieving zero harm.

Employment

Our employees are key to our success. We focus on recruiting top talent, offering competitive compensation and benefits, and providing training for staff development.

We strictly enforce laws against discrimination, harassment, violence, intimidation, threats, and other breaches of employment law.

We adhere to legal standards regarding working hours and support flexible working arrangements where feasible.

We respect our employees' rights to join, establish, or refrain from joining labor unions, in accordance with local laws, without fear of reprisal, intimidation, or harassment. In situations where employees are represented by a legally recognized union, we engage in good-faith negotiations.

We comply with laws and regulations related to freedom of association.

Public Reporting

Annually, we will report on this human rights policy in our sustainable development reports.

This policy will be reviewed periodically as necessary.
