"Computer Information Technologies", LLC (brand name "Kitsoft") is committed to utilizing energy in the most efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly manner possible.
The aim of this policy is to enhance energy optimization across our company, bolster cost-efficiency and productivity, improve working conditions, diminish greenhouse gas emissions, support sustainability efforts, and minimize waste related to energy consumption.
Responsibility
This responsibility extends to all team members of Kitsoft globally, as well as on-site contractors and suppliers acting on our behalf. Everyone is tasked with the efficient usage of energy within their direct control. Certain members of our Engineering and Procurement Teams bear additional energy-related responsibilities, as detailed below.
Policy
At Kitsoft, we advocate for the efficient use of energy in the creation and delivery of our premier products and services. We pledge to responsibly use energy and will enforce energy efficiency across all facilities and processes where it proves cost-effective.
To enact this policy, we will:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and other requirements;
- Continually enhance energy efficiency by setting up and executing strategic energy management practices globally. These practices will support our manufacturing, distribution, and service capabilities while maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment;
- Factor in energy efficiency during product development, as well as in the design of processes and facilities, and in the procurement of goods and services;
- Secure reliable and adequate energy supplies at the most favorable rates and develop appropriate risk contingency plans to safeguard operations against supply disruptions;
- Motivate employees to consistently improve in energy conservation;
- Utilize energy consumption data to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive performance enhancements. We will regularly measure, review, and communicate our progress, ensuring that our employees are well-informed;
- Provide sufficient resources to achieve and surpass our KPI objectives.
