• Has developed plans, documented procedures for ensuring business continuity, as well as recovery and protection plans for the company's infrastructure.
• Has a continuity and rapid recovery plan for the most critical areas of activity, including software development and delivery, technical support and maintenance services, marketing and sales, as well as IT operations, personnel management, reputation management, PR and communications, financial management, and accounting.
